With spectacular outdoor seating on a large deck overlooking the water, exceptional service along with the finest quality food, Saltus River Grill is a must visit when in downtown Beaufort. They specialize in seafood, steaks and sushi. We recommend starting off with a bowl of their Signature Crab Bisque. Also, either as an appetizer or a meal, try a spicy tuna roll and their signature tuna roll with a soy sauce glaze. The tuna is super fresh and of superior quality. For our dinners, we enjoyed the Diver Scallops served over sweet pea risotto, grilled asparagus and a crab cream sauce. And also the Delmonico steak topped with lump crab and a semi-glaze sauce. We were very impressed with the bold rich flavors of these perfectly prepared entrees. And we cannot forget to include their decadent desserts made in house and varied daily. We had the smooth and creamy chocolate Mousse. Stop in, relax and enjoy a terrific meal at the Saltus River Grill.
