Eduardo Espinoza Chef and owner of El Pacifico, transformed a 50’s Retro ice-cream shop into the # 1 Mexican Seafood Restaurant in southern New Jersey. You must try their shrimp or fish tacos, both are out of this world. They also have the best fajitas. We're looking for the chance to go back and try their appetizers, like their tostada with shrimp or fish, their unique shrimp cocktails or their “Pattillo de Botana” with their famous mango sauce and Octopus. Eduardo makes and bottles his own hot sauce which pairs nicely with their “Camarones a la Diablo” which we cannot wait to try next time we come in for dinner. And finally, to an amazing end you must try their Chocolate Flan. Eduardo was a sous-chef for the top two Mexican restaurants and the top three Italiano Pesce Cucine in the South Shore Area. We love to find a quaint diamond in the rough and we found that gem at El Pacifico with their great food & friendly service.
