Chef Demetrius has done it again with the Golden Dynasty at the Tropicana. There's a lot of great authentic Chinese appetizers to start off with but you must try the unique cold jelly fish platter, a very pleasant surprise of fresh and crisp deliciousness. For an entrée you cannot go wrong with any of their seafood, beef or poultry selections, but we highly recommend either the Seafood Royale or the Hong Stake or their tender pan fried filet mignon.
