Boston Tea Party Museum

This is truly one of the most impressive and interactive high-tech history exhibits we've ever experienced. The tour begins with a dramatic meeting led by Samuel Adams, where you’re invited to debate the idea of dumping tea into Boston Harbor in protest of taxation without representation. Next, you step aboard a reproduction of one of the original tea ships, where you learn about the events of that historic night—and even get the chance to toss tea overboard, just as the patriots did. The third phase of the tour offers intimate, personal accounts from the individuals who played key roles in the Boston Tea Party. Throughout the experience, you're guided by talented actors in period costume, portraying real historical figures with passion and authenticity. The final portion of the exhibit is divided into three immersive sections, featuring special effects, historical artifacts—including an original tea crate preserved and gifted to the museum—and a compelling video presentation of Paul Revere’s ride to Concord, highlighting how the Minutemen pushed the British back to Boston, igniting the Revolutionary War. And of course, the tour ends on a delicious note at Abigail’s Tea Room, where you can enjoy colonial-inspired treats and reflect on the incredible journey through America’s fight for independence.
