Vacationing in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire wouldn’t be complete without a cruise aboard the MS Mount Washington. Widely regarded as the premier cruise line in the area, they offer a variety of cruise options across three different ships. Our favorite was the Sunset Dinner Cruise, which featured a lively Parrot Head luau theme. The evening included two fantastic bands, plenty of space for dancing, and two buffet stations serving fish, roast beef, and a generous selection of sides and desserts. The music was superbly entertaining, even for our young kids who loved the classic oldies. A thoughtful touch was the early opening of the buffet lines, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the evening before departure. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time. It’s well worth the two-hour drive from Boston or just over an hour from the mountains.
