Museum of Science

After years of visiting and reviewing the Museum of Science in Boston, we can confidently say it’s the premier science museum on the East Coast. With over 30 permanent exhibits and a regularly rotating traveling exhibit, there’s always something fresh and fascinating to explore. The museum also features a range of educational films presented in unique venues—including the IMAX Theater, the Planetarium, and a 4D Theater—each offering immersive, unforgettable learning experiences. The museum has even inspired us to create our own slide shows, simply because there’s so much to see, absorb, and share. If you visit when volunteers are on-site, you’ll discover a wealth of interactive programs designed for children and curious adults alike, adding an extra layer of engagement to your visit. We recommend arriving early, as this is truly a full-day adventure. And when it’s time to take a break, head to Wolfgang Puck’s café, where you’ll find a wide selection of high-quality, cafeteria-style food—a perfect way to refuel before diving back into discovery.
