The Woodstock Station is now larger and better than ever. Owners Scott and Peggy Rice have expanded their operation to include full-scale brewing of their finest beers and ales right in North Woodstock. While they no longer offer fine dining in the Clement Room, several of its standout dishes have been thoughtfully incorporated into the new Woodstock Station menu. One must-try is the Coastal Express—a delicious blend of fresh seafood in a sherry sauce, topped with a golden breaded crust. They’ve also kept their traditional favorites, including the famous Wellingtons, juicy burgers, crispy chicken wings, a variety of appetizers, flavorful soups, and homemade bread made from the spent grain of the brewing process. The brewery itself is a highlight, producing a wide selection of ales to complement any meal or to purchase and enjoy at home. If you're unsure what to try, the sampler tray is a great way to explore their offerings. And finally, no visit is complete for my husband without indulging in their rich and creamy homemade Chocolate Beer Mousse—a decadent treat that never disappoints.
