Among my favorites is the Longsilog, a traditional breakfast dish served with eggs and their own premium sausage links. Another standout is the Tinadtad, a savory stew made with ground pork, quail eggs, and vegetables—perfect as a hearty side or satisfying main. If you're looking for an appetizer, try the Fried Lumpia, available with ground pork, chicken, or vegetables—each one bursting with flavor. And of course, Tambayan is well known for its Filipino Barbecue, a dish that’s both distinctive and absolutely delicious. For something on-the-go or to take home, grab a box of their macarons or the Pandesal—freshly baked bread with cheese at the center. Their drinks, like the Matcha Green Tea and Taro Drink, are refreshing and indulgent. We proudly award Tambayan our highest Golden Beacon Award for exceptional flavor, quality, and hospitality.
