Isaac's Deli- Lancaster

Isaac's Deli- Lancaster

Isaac’s is one of our favorite small restaurant chains in Pennsylvania, and it’s easy to see why. After you’re seated, they welcome you with a tasty assortment of pickles and chow chow, and for the kids, a bag of fish-shaped pretzels—a fun and flavorful start to the meal. Isaac’s is famous for their soups, typically offering three rotating options, with the creamy and flavorful Pepper Jack Tomato always hot and ready to serve. They’re also known for their pretzel sandwiches, which are both inventive and satisfying. My husband always goes for the assorted Twister sliders, featuring crab cake, pulled pork, and his favorite—Angus beef. Vegetarians will love the Rose of Sharon (a portabella mushroom sandwich) or the Mexican Sunflower (a bean veggie burger), both packed with flavor. Be sure to try the Speckled Lemonade, and don’t miss the Almond Pesto Tortellini Salad or the Red Potato Salad—both are absolutely delicious. And for dessert, no matter your age, you can’t go wrong with the Flamingo Road or the Fuggie Wuggie—sweet treats that end the meal on a high note. Come and enjoy Isaac’s, truly Lancaster’s best family-friendly restaurant.
