The Ecotarium offers a fantastic experience at an affordable price, making it a great destination for hands-on science and natural animal exhibits. Their "Cool Moves" exhibit is a hit with kids of all ages—even those in their thirties! One of the highlights is the Animal Encounter, held three times daily, featuring resident creatures like a hedgehog, porcupine, or turtle, among others. We’re especially excited to check out their Mount Washington weather exhibit, which promises to be both educational and fascinating. Open year-round, the Ecotarium also features attractions like the CS Huntington train ride and engaging shows at the Planetarium. We caught the Zulu Patrol movie, and it was a big hit with the little ones! For budding adventurers, there’s a small zip line and tree canopy tour—a perfect, low-cost introduction to outdoor exploration. Plus, the center offers daily hands-on crafts and science lessons, ideal for both families and children attending summer camp.
