We've reviewed many restaurants and chefs from Pennsylvania, but renowned Philadelphia chef David Wiederholt has now brought his culinary expertise to New Jersey with his own establishment. The menu is packed with unique, mouthwatering options—so much so that we had to list them alphabetically. If you're visiting for the first time, you can't go wrong with anything smoked by Chef David. This is the only place in South Jersey where you can find 30-day-aged, butchered beef—available raw or cooked—at an incredibly reasonable price. After two visits, we still haven't sampled all of his amazing creations, and we're already eager to return. However, we did try quite a few, and each one was absolutely incredible.
