I highly recommend starting with the White Bean & Chicken Chili—it’s wonderfully creamy and rich with flavor. If you’re a fan of fried food, you’ll love their giant onion rings and what might be the tastiest calamari in the state. In my opinion, nothing pairs better with a cold beer than wings, and Lancaster Brewing Company has mastered them. Be sure to try their Brewery Wings, available in three delicious styles. They also serve an excellent Crab Cake, whether you prefer it as a dinner entrée or a sandwich. Lancaster Brewing Company shows real creativity with seafood, and on their recommendation, my wife and I tried the Crab-Stuffed Trout with Cheddar Grits—a standout dish. Entrées come with a fresh salad, and I suggest choosing the house dressing made with their signature milk stout. The kids enjoyed a personal pizza made on pita bread, and the sauce and cheese were so good that we returned to try their BBQ Chicken and White Pizza, both made with homemade dough—easily the best in Lancaster County. And when it comes to dessert, you can’t go wrong with their Milk Stout Chocolate Cake topped with buttercream frosting, but the real must-try is the Milk Stout Chocolate Crème Brûlée—a decadent finish to a memorable meal. We wholeheartedly encourage you to drink, be merry, and feast well at Lancaster Brewing Company—a place where flavor, creativity, and hospitality come together beautifully.
