Brio Italian Tuscan Grill is one of our favorite Italian restaurants. They have the best beginnings and endings, and by the way the middle is not that bad eitherī. To start, relax and have a drink at their bar with friends new and old. Then you can't go wrong with their pizza or their Caprese salad with the freshest tomatoes and the creamiest Buffalo mozzarella we've ever tasted. For the main course we had the Gorgonzola Crusted Beef Medallions, the Campanelle Carbonara which is a pasta dish with grilled chicken, bacon, spinach and Parmesan in a creamy Alfredo sauce. Both were excellent choices that we would definitely order again. And the expression saving the best for last is true in this case because the Tiramisu was terrific. Freehold Location
At the Freehold location on Tuesdays the Mall hosts an outdoor concert. If you can plan your dinner around 6:30ish you can enjoy listening to the bands outside as you have a delicious meal on their patio. With extremely wonderful and friendly staff, Brio is the place to be in the summer and any other season.
