We love traveling through the natural beauty of Central Vermont and that’s where you will find the Billings Farm Museum. Located just outside of Woodstock is this working dairy farm where you will get to see and learn how the cows are raised, cared for, and how all the milk gets to the dairy. And be sure to visit the horses, chickens and sheep too. There are plenty of hands-on crafts in their quilt barn and they have a playground with toys from the 1800s to entertain the kids and kids at heart. Also, learn about the history of the farm in the museum though the video and their many exhibits that include equipment and photos on display. So if you're making the trip out to Killington or enjoying the sites in Woodstock, we recommend taking the family over to the Billings Farm and truly having a memorable time.
