It took us a while to find a great family friendly restaurant in Dover Delaware, but when we discovered Meat Mechanics we hit the jackpot. Their BBQ is out of this world, with their ribs being the best in Delaware for sure, and maybe beyond. Equally unparralled is their pulled pork and pulled chicken. Whether it's the rub or the smoke, or the perfect combination of the two, they got it right. And when they serve it in a taco with their homemade coleslaw and sauce, you will be in heaven. And don't miss out on Fridays when they start making their special brisket that can draw a line around the corner. They also have great homemade sides like mac and cheese, peach baked beans and coleslaw. And many days Tiffany will bake her dedicant dessert creations as a nice ending to our meal. I cannot express how happy we are to have finally found this friendly family place with great food in Delaware. Thanks John and the meat Mechanics.
