Woody’s Maryland is known for their crab cuisine and none compares to that of Woody's Crab House. My husband's favorite seafood dish is crab cakes and at Woody's we have found one of the two top places in the east that make great crabs cakes. When you first come into their bar, tiki lounge or three dining areas you will breath freeing knowing that that are all non-smoking. Relax and enjoy some fresh peanuts. Once you're ready to order, try an excellent appetizer called the “Cajun Catfish Chunks” and wash it down with a delicious homemade Bloody Mary prepared with a rim of “Old Bay” seasoning. If you are a soup lover they have crab bisque or a tomato based Maryland Crab soup, both made with premium lump meat. They also have a daily soup special as well. In addition, Woody's specializes in different pasta cuisines that are all prepared fresh and taste out of this world. Last but not least you must try their homemade chocolate chip bread pudding with ice cream. It's sinfully rich and decadent. When you come to Woody's and meet Pete, his daughter Rachel, her husband Chip or any of the staff they will make you feel like you're at home in the town of North East.
