At the Basketball Hall of Fame there is a great restaurant Tavern with amazing food called Max's Tavern. The sophisticated style and superior quality will satisfy the gourmet diner, and the price and relaxed atmosphere will have families coming back time after time. We had the opportunity to have lunch here and their burgers and specialty sandwiches were tender and made with the freshest and finest ingredients. The Caribbean Jerk chicken sandwich was really amazing. Our kids were also impressed with the children's menu which was very inexpensive and offered several healthy options and sides - a refreshing change from the typical kids meals we encounter. If you have the opportunity to come for dinner, then I would recommend any one of their steaks. So whether you visiting the Hall of Fame or making a special trip for lunch or dinner, you'll have a wonderful experience with the friendly staff at Max's Tavern.
