Monroeville Vineyard
Monroeville Vineyard

John and Debra Basile purchased their farm in 2009 with the intention of starting their winery. John is a 4th generation home wine maker who has been sharing his wine with friends and family for over 20 years. He is a scientist by trade and has a great passion for wine making. Debra's degree is in Agricultural Economics and Environmental Science and she too shares in the passion of sharing their wine with friends, family and now the public. With the addition of their partners Donna Cirone and Doreen Martin, this great family business is complete. Their wines are of the finest quality and they take the time to chat with you and treat you like a valued customer with their warm and inviting style that sets them apart from others. They plant and harvest 4 acres of grape vines that include Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Moscato, Chardonnay and Gruner Veltliner. I am a lover of wine and tend to enjoy the dryer, red or white varieties where as my wife really likes the semi sweet and fruity wines, and they do not disappoint for either of our tastes. Monroeville Vineyards is a great place to come and relax, bring a picnic lunch, sample some terrific wines, and meet new friends and neighbors at the same time.
