Freshii
Salads, wraps, bowls, burritos and soup are the freshest you can get at Freshiis. They have 2 locations in DC, one is around the corner from Ford's Theater and is a great place to go to because of all the attractions and museums and because you're close to the trolley, buses and subway stops. Freshii has many different selections of fresh and organic foods. You can choice from their menu or create your own salad, wrap, bowl or burrito. I made my own salad with assorted veggies and beef with their amazing Japanese dressing. It was one of the best salad's I've ever had. My wife decided to order off the menu and go with the Thai lemon grass burrito and it was exceptional. My 8 year old daughter wanted simple, and it was no problem for them to make her a wrap with just chicken breast, lettuce and honey mustard dressing. She was very happy. We also very much enjoyed their featured soup which was spicy Thai lemon grass and we made room for dessert, their home made frozen yogurt. Now this is true frozen yogurt with a pure yogurt taste and very low calorie and fat free. Choose two fresh toppings and it really makes for a nice ending to your meal or an afternoon treat. The staff were very friendly and will gladly serve you breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack.
