Carrabba's
Carraba's is one of our five franchises that we recommend because they have exceptionally high standards. The restaurant in Peabody, located directly adjacent to the Holiday Inn, is no exception. The food is great, the staff are super friendly and they have a one of the largest open kitchens where you can watch your food being prepared - which all speaks to their committment to excellence. This is our second time reviewing this location, once in 2008 and again in 2012, with new owner Ken. It's remains amazing. We enjoyed one of the best Chicken, Veal or Beef Marcella's we've ever had. Their hot appetizers, like the fried calamari or the flatbreads are great as well. From beginning to the dessert, like the chocolate mousse or cheesecake, everything is good. It's the best Carraba's that we've reviewed yet.
