The Delaware Museum of Natural History is one of the region's fastest growing educational and cultural attractions. At the museum they excite & inform people about the natural world as they help develop a caring society that respects & values our planet. Along with their permanent displays of dinosaurs, birds, mammals, shells and other scientific collections, they also host up to three traveling exhibitions throughout the year. The museum has a dynamic entranceway featuring a life-sized model of a Giant Squid, a state-of-the-art exhibition gallery, the Coral Reef Canteen, an expanded Museum Store and more. The Delaware Museum of Natural History also has a Summer Camp that offers children ages 4-12 the chance to experience the wonders of the natural world, in-depth and up-close.
