Battleship Cove
In the south of Boston on the Bristol Bay there are some truly amazing ships including Joe Kennedy Jr.'s destroyer the Battleship Massachusetts, a submarine, two PT boats like the one that JFK piloted in the Pacific during World War II and a captured German WWII boat. There's also a helicopter and a troop boat that was used in storming the beaches of Normandy. It's really an awesome collection for a smaller place. When visiting south Boston we highly recommend coming out under the Bristol Bridge and visiting this nice little Marine Boat Museum.
