I recommend you start out with the White Bean & Chicken Chili. It’s oh so creamy and rich with flavors. If you’re into fried food, they have the largest onion rings around and the tastiest Calamari in the state. In my opinion, the best finger food for munching along with your beer is wings, and they have mastered them as well. Order their Brewery Wings three different ways. They also make an excellent Crab Cake – either as a dinner or a sandwich. Lancaster Brewing Company seems to be very creative with fish, as I took their advice and between my wife and I, tried superb seafood Crab Stuffed Trout with Cheddar Grits. The dinners are served with a fresh salad, which I recommend you have the house dressing made from their milk stout. The kids enjoyed a small pizza made on a pita and the sauce and cheese were so good that we came back again and tried their BBQ Chicken and White Pizza prepared with their homemade dough - the best in Lancaster County. And about the desserts, you can’t go wrong with their own fresh Milk Stout Chocolate Cake with a butter cream frosting but a must the Milk Stout Chocolate Creme Brulee. We strongly urge you to drink, be merry and eat a great feast at the Lancaster Brewing Company.
