St Mary's College
Visitors are welcome at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, a four-year public liberal arts college. The honors college overlooks the picturesque St. Mary’s River and is adjacent to Historic St. Mary’s City (www.stmaryscity.org/). All within a10 minute drive southwest from Lexington Park on Route 5. In June and July, the River Concert Series is held outdoors on Friday evenings. The Governor’s Cup Yacht Race is the first Saturday in August.
