Pete's Famous Pizza
If you're at the art museum or the Rocky statue it's only a three quarter mile walk to Peter's Famous Pizza . Or if you're at the Franklin Institute or the Academy of Science Museum it's about a 2 to 3 block walk. If you don't want to spend a lot of money at the museum's prepackaged food, I encourage you to take a short walk to Peters and have an inexpensive but very good pizza or sandwich. The have the best meatballs in Philly so try their Sandwich Stombroli and one of their pasta selections. If you have the kids then I recommend the olive oil pan baked pizza. If you want a great burger then any of the burgers are amazing. We had the Balsamic Brie Burger and it was amazing. I had a chance to talk to some of the locals and they love their steak sandwiches and Stromboli's as well. I cannot wait to give them a try. Come and meet the friendly staff at Peter's Pizzeria. We finally found some exceptional food in the Logan section of Philadelphia. By the way they also have amazing Greek food there but read the review about Moustaki Authentic Gyros that right next to the Franklin Institute!
