Thai Terrace
The number one Thai restaurant in South Jersey is the new Thai Terrace. Start off with an appetizer they call the Crying Dragon - tender slices of beef with a delicious signature sauce. They also have many flavorful soups that are coconut milk or broth based in which you can add the meat of your choosing. They also have a terrifically well balanced ginger dressing for your salad. For my taste, a non spicy option was the Goong-Ob-Woon-Sen served with cellophane noodles, shrimp and a very unique and tasty oyster ginger sauce. They also have a very nice selection of authentic Thai and curry dishes with different sauces and your choice of meat or vegetarian - all extremely fresh and well prepared. What's great is that you can control the temperature of your dish upon ordering to your liking to go mild or hot and spicy. Finally, last but not least you must try their sticky rice with the homemade coconut ice cream and fresh strawberries. All we can say is amazing! You must try this new gem in Gloucester County for a business lunch or am unforgetbale dinner experience. You will become an instant regular.
