Storybook Land
Located only 10 miles outside of Atlantic City, Storybook Land is now 55 years old. I can remember going there with my parents when I was a kid, and now we take our two children. Every visit brings me back, as they have never lost their look, only added more excitingly awesome features. The entire park is extremely clean, beautifully landscaped with colorful flowers and the appearance changes to fit the season. For example, in the fall they add a hay maze and decorate parts of the park with corn stalks and pumpkins. My favorite time of year is Christmas, in which Santa visits and they transform the park into a holiday fantasy of lights. This includes the addition of a Santa Ride with snow blowing all around. At Storybook Land, in addition to being super fun, the rides are safe and the staff are all extremely courteous and friendly. During your visit, you can have lunch at their café or bring a picnic and sit at one of their many tables. . So if you have kids, grandkids or nieces and nephews who have not yet reached their pre-teen years, then you definitely want to bring them to see the magical characters come to life at Storybook Land.
