Tambayan
In the back of the Reading Terminal is Tambayan, the best Filipino cafe’ that I have ever reviewed. Here are my favorites that I encourage you to try. The “Longsilog” which is served with eggs and premium their own sausage links. The “Tinadtad” which is a stew made with ground pork (another amazing side) served with quail eggs and vegetables. If you're looking for an appetizer/dish their “Fried Lumpia” can be ground pork, Chicken or Vegetables all bursting with flavors. Last but not least they are very famous for their “Filipino Barbecue.” It’s hands down very unique and also amazing. And here’s some things for on the go or to take home for the family their macarons or the “Pandesal” (Fresh bread baked with Chesse in the center). Their heavenly drinks Macha Green Tea or Taro Drink . We give our highest Golden Beacon Award to all we’ve reviewed above, that also includes their friendly staff as well.
